Status
This page separates two things that can look alike from the outside: a Hapito product incident, and expected lag in the official sources Hapito reads.
Product incidents
An incident means Hapito itself is not working as designed: search fails, reports do not load, submissions error, or facts render without their source and dates. Incidents are posted on this page while they are investigated and after they are resolved.
No product incident is currently posted.
Expected source lag
Official registers publish on their own schedules, and Hapito imports from them in checked batches. A fact can therefore be faithful to the register and still trail reality. That is not an outage: every fact shows when Hapito last checked it and the date the source says it took effect, and values older than the freshness policy allows are marked stale rather than hidden.
How to tell the difference
- A page that fails to load, a search that errors, or a fact shown without its source and dates is a product incident.
- A fact that carries its source and last-checked date but is older than you expected is source lag, and the stale marking means the freshness policy caught it.
If you believe you are seeing an incident that this page does not list, report it through the correction routes.
