Nationwide directory
Every address in the national address register can be searched and resolved to its official identity. Being findable says nothing about the building itself.
Official records
Facts imported from the national building register, each shown with the record it came from, when it took effect and when Hapito last checked it.
Resident evidence
Structured answers from eligible residents, published only as building-level aggregates and only above a versioned threshold. Where none is published, the report says so.
Hapito publishes no building score, star rating or overall verdict. A report shows what each source recorded, what it does not publish, and which questions are worth asking before you commit.
How a report is built
